I would be interested in being an alpha tester. I have an iPhone and iPad to use for the games. Thank you for considering. I am familiar with the game.

El_Loco wrote: 25 May 2021, 15:11 Not sure if this has been mentioned. But I could not select an occupied bonus worker placement spot with my Grande worker. If I'm not mistaken you should be able to select any occupied/unoccupied worker placement spot with your Grande worker and also get the bonus if it's a spot with a bonus.
From my understanding of the rules, the Grande Worker only gives you the bonus if that space is unoccupied. If all spaces are occupied, then you can still use the Grande Worker to take that action (e.g. build a structure) but you do not get the bonus.
Nope, the latest rules for the essential edition explicitly state that “A grande worker placed on a bonus action spec will give you the bonus”
Yes, I read the rules and understand your thinking. However, I believe that only applies when the space is available. When it is occupied but another space is available, you would place your grande worker in the other space. If all spaces are available, you could use the grande worker’s special power to still do that action but without the bonus (because the actual space itself is already filled). The example in the rules on page 7 tells you to place the grande worker on the artwork because the available space is filled, which would imply that the grande worker doesn’t gain the bonus. This is the consensus in the BBG forum discussion page as well: https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/263225 ... 9#37389479

So I believe the way Viticulture has been programmed here on BGA is correct.

Hello. I'd love to help Alpha test this game for you! I've played many games of base game viticulture when the IOS app was being developed, so I'm used to finding bugs and reporting those to the developers of that version. Happy to help the BGA version too!
