SFTP and database login details

Hi,

How do I get access to the SFTP and the database for a tutorial game I have created?

I am following the hearts tutorial and it has just asked me to edit the heartsYOURNAME_heartsYOURNAME.tpl file but I can't find how to access the files via SFTP.

This link http://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/First_ ... BGA_Studio says:
"From the initial email from the Studio you get:
- the name of the SFTP server to connect to
- your SFTP login and password"

But I haven't recieved an email and I can't see any way to have an email resent to me or any other way to find out what my SFTP login details are? I am having the same problem with accessing the database.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
If you didn't get the credentials email, please write to studio@boardgamearena.com with the same email you registered with to ask the studio admin to send it to you again (of course, please check your spam first)
