Group game lobby for real time games?

For asynchronous games, it's fairly easy to arrange games in a group, as someone can create the table, and invite players. Is there any chance of doing a setting where you can restrict available tables to ones restricted to your group? It's a bit cumbersome doing the same sort of messenging system, so I'm wondering if there is an option to do an "All Available Tables that are resticted to 'group x' view, maybe on the group pages themselves, or as an option in the main lobby
