Save my setting for lobby page?

When I click on "play now" to go to lobby, it requires me to choose settings (simple game, real-time, manual). It happens every time I change a page to news/forums and back, or close and visit the site later. I've become increasingly annoyed bo this.

Is there a way to save my preferred settings once and for all? I tried deleting cookies and logging again, but it did not help.

PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE, developers! It's SO ANNOYING! I haven't played for months because I got sick of how it asks me every time I even accidentally go to the lobby, and you can't do anything else even click another tab, till you've clicked all three. It USED to remember the settings.

Same problem here.
Several of my friends dont have this problem, so I checked my Browser-Settings (Opera), but no success whatever I try.
And yes: IT USED TO BE DIFFERENT

This issue pops up once every 3 or 4 months for me, but even then it only makes me redo the preferences once. I've never had the issue persist across several sessions.

One thing that hasn't been answered is whether the users who have this problem block cookies from being set on their devices.

It could be some cookie settings, or some plug-ins.

This tutorial triggers for new BGA users, and for returning BGA users who haven't played a game in a while (it was added at a time when we had a lot of players who needed to be guided about the lobby; we got a lot of questions).

It goes away as soon as you finish a game, so shouldn't bother you too long.
