Mairmaid town Bug? Or what?

i want to create a town with the mairmaid special landscape. But i can´t. What´s wrong here?

Yeah, unfortunately the Mermaids Landscape had the incorrect rules programmed over here for a long time before anyone really noticed. That has been recently updated but understandably causes some confusion.

Yeah, so to clarify this is as intended, made this mistake in my game recently.

Perhaps update the description on the mermaid landscape tile that this still counts as the skipped river space?

It used to allow it. The fix was to not allow it.
