why i don't have a trophy even though i finished in the top 20 in different games in arena mode

It might be because very few peoples played your game on arena. According to the following message, you need at least 500 Arena players for "top 20" to be awarded.

to get top 5 award at least 50 people
to get top 10 award at least 200 people
to get top 20 award at least 500 people
