How to get the SFTP and database identifiers

Good evening,
I try to take advantage of my two weeks of vacations to study game development on BGA, I am a computer scientist.
Last Sunday I registered on BGA Studio by the form then I sent an email to "contact[at]boardgamearena.com" (as indicated on the document 2-8-steps-to-realize.pdf) because it didn't seem to work, I didn't get any answer. I finally manage to create an account, but I still haven't received an email.
This Friday morning I find on the forum another address so I sent an email to "studio[at]boardgamearena.com" to ask for the sftp and database access, I'm still waiting for the answer. I looked in the spam of course.
Are the admins on vacation? Did I write to the right addresses? How do I go forward ?

Thanks for mentioning this. We'll need to fix that, this address should not be used anymore for the studio.

That's the proper address, but we get a lot of emails, so it can take some time. We have sent you a copy of the login information today.
