There is a player who I believe is using multiple accounts as a Hotseat.
I have been a victim.
I don't see any way to email the site directors to investigate this.

Hotseat would me multiple people on the same account?

But you suspect 1 person, multiple accounts and cheating that way, that falls under Kingmaking, you can report that.
