Unfortunately this isn't exactly a suggestion as much as a hope to generate brainstorming.
It's difficult to get realtime arena games for some games, meaning you may well wait hours for a game, even as a premium member. Since your life probably does not revolve around this site, it's fairly easy to get distracted by other things during your wait. Unlike "simple" game mode, you do not get the (default) option to not enter the game should it start at some point when you're not paying attention. On the one hand, I totally appreciate the nature of not being able to reject certain oppnents for something like arena, but nonetheless it is a bit frustrating if, after hours of waiting, you go to the bathroom or something, and come back to find you've lost game, not to mention to frustration likely experienced by your would be opponents. (I'm assuming most people are more interested in playing than winning).
I do take responsibility for the situation, but nonetheless would appreciate if anyone could think of a good solution to this problem. I did see thread down a bit suggesting scheduled realtime games, which I suspect would help alleviate this problem, though I'm still open to any further suggestions. ("Just don't play" not qualifying as a "good solution").
