Server problem? Who to contact?

In 2 of my recent games, I got disconnected and couldn't get back in for a few minutes, thus getting me expelled by players. I tend to play on my mobile phone. Who should I contact to (a) infirm them and (b) possibly restore my karma and game Elo? Thx

https://boardgamearena.com/serverstatus will show if there is an issue with BGA servers. Historically, if there is a BGA issue all karma penalties are removed (albeit by hand, so it may take some time).

If no server issues are detected, though, it is an issue outside of BGA's control. As such, there is nothing that they will do about penalties. It is very difficult to tell the difference between "hey, my internet is spotty and I can't maintain a constant connection" and "hey, my attention span is spotty and I can't maintain a constant connection." If the problem persists, you might want to switch to games with longer move times (or even turn-based).
