Accidentally reported someone

Hello,

I reported a friend by mistake and i pressed back immediately after. Did it cancelled my report or did it unfairly reported my friend ?

Go to their profile, under their karma you can see the report. You can see it because you were the one who filed it.

You can also add an update to it, asking them to disregard the report, no garantees.

You can't delete the report or take it back, only add to it... as far as I know.

Go on your friend's Account Page (The Profile Page).
There is a section called Reputation.
If you see something saying REPORT in that section, it means your report was sent.

But you can try to counter the report management, in this way:

Click the REPORT in the Reputation section of your friend, and you will see that you can comment on the report (you will see something like Commenting).

Post a comment in the report explaining what happened (you might even copy paste what you wrote in the forum, above), and i think nothing will happen to your friend.

The idea is to post the comment as soon as possible, until a moderator gets to solve the report.

Fortunately, i missed the step where i had to confirm a second time, so there's actually no report for my friend.
