Gem Token - replacements

Hi. Does anyone know where I can get replacement tokens for Splendor, like you can with dice? I found a website that wants to charge double what I would pay for a new game !!!

Sometimes if you write to a publisher of a game directly, they will have some extra bits sitting around that they can sell to you.
