Get General Store cards automatically

What is the meaning of this option.? What happens when I enable it?

You will get general storce cards automatically if possible. If that's the last card for instance.

You will get general storce cards automatically if possible. If that's the last card for instance.
Or if they are all the same card. Example if the last 3 cards are all BANG!'s, it means that the last 3 players - if they all have this option enabled - get their BANG! automatically. It makes the game quicker.

Although does it matter which suit the bang is?

As far as I know in the current version, the suit of card you hold in your hand or which ends up on the discard pile has no effect. Only the suits on the Draw piles matter(Barrel, Jail, Dynamite, Black Jack)
