Yet another pay-to-play suggestion. No thanks.
Please use training mode instead.

No.

You already get 4 for free.
You know well in advance when you're taking vacations, I assume. Those time jokers are mostly to finish up the last remaining things, of when you have an unexpected leave.
You start turn-based games knowingly well in advance - and fully accepting the time it takes - then it is your obligation to make sure you don't end up being out of time.
Here are some things you can do:

[*] Use your existing time jokers sparingly. Not all people have the luxury going on vacation often, so the fact that you need more than 4 frankly disgusts me. (personal opinion)
[*] When you feel your vacation is getting near, start playing less turn-based games
[*] When you do want to continue playing, only activate some turn-based games with a longer playing time or training mode.
[*] Communication is key, when you play a game and you're certain you'll time out. Right before you leave on vacation, go into every single pending game, and just state in chat "Hey guys, I'm going on vacation, will be back on septembuary 37th and will continue the game. Please don't time me out. Thank you."

Now if you do none of those things, and all you can imagine is that you want more time jokers, you're being selfish and don't value other peoples playing time. You start/join a game willingly, with it comes to obligation to play it to the end. Timing out should be your problem, not the other players problem.

EDIT:
Maybe you take on too many turn-based games?
