Your opponent was graciously accepting defeat and even said "gg" to indicate they had no hard feelings about it. What you said does not seem to me like it crosses any line, but why did you even say it? Resigning is an efficient way to end a game when you're in a lost position so everyone can move on with their lives.

I would have just private red thumbed you to avoid your bad attitude, but I wouldn't have reported you. But remember the world is full of precious snowflakes, and you offended one.

Same here. I get 2 times a 3 day chat ban because i said some thing negative. I don't use a swear word. Only the word rubbish. And people who using supid (he means stupid or stfu) gets a warning. And someone who said 'we cut out the Belgians with pale faces'. Gets a ban for 1 day. The moderators has different standards and that's not cool.

But probaly they like favoritism....

I got moderated for saying the following: "sometimes, it's really frustrating to play with beginners %/"

I wrote an email saying that my comment might have been unnecessary but still not an insult but got no reaction. Since this whole thing seems rather subjective and I don't want to risk further consequences, I normally keep my mouth shut now and just say "hi" and "gg" or nothing at all.

But Einstein... Forum posts and comments/replies, and whatever regarding Forum, can be and are moderated, if found worthy of moderation, by the vigilant Moderators.

I think it is when you report someone for Insulting or Behaving Inappropriately (...) - then the next step is choose where this happened, and one of the options, is the Forum.

Also, I have noticed lately, Moderators began moderating also for Sarcasm/Irony (for instance, if you call someone or a move, smart... even if you may mean it, you may get moderated if you got reported by a non-believer).

People are moderated for saying "so smart", for instance, which might actually mean a compliment or some irony expressed in a vague way.

So you basically can't make a real compliment either, because you might be moderated for Irony/Sarcasm, depending on the situation/move.
But if the situation is... complex enough, the "smart" word can be both a compliment or an irony...
To be reported and moderated for this type of possibly sarcastic stuff... I don't know, for me, it seems off.

I find this new stuff particularly interesting.

well, they use the first word, but is ain't a major insult like ""F-word" you" or "bs" (please don't moderate me as i just explaining something).

Well, one of the devs is from Belgium, so saying that is technically insulting an admin "maybe" and as i saw, i thing it mean to cut litteraly someone out (just explaining the context again) and just 1 day seem not a lot.
