Player offending during game (Xenophobia / Racial Prejudice)

Hello...
I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this, but I just want to let the BGA community knows about this player called "pirate4711". Lack of fair play (just invented a bug when he was losing) and started offending me, as you can see in the following image attached.

Some parts of what he wrote:
"stinky brazilian idiot"
"dirty nigger"
"you dirty brazilian bastard"
"fuckm your dirty brazilian family"

During the end of the game, a bug occured and i couldn't go on.

Then he insulted me with more than 10 sentences !!!! saying i'm an idiot, a bad player, a fake and more of this.

And now he is trying to put me in a bad light, WHAT THE HELL !!


Please ban this unsportive player, thank you.

I was played that game too, and VictorCardoso only said that pirate4711 was a bad mannered player and was talking about his lack of sportsmanship and fair play.

After that pirate4711 started to insult VictorCardoso, calling him bastard, idiot, etc.
After the game ends, he sent me a private message offending me.

Hi,

We reviewed the chat for this game and banned this player.
His behaviour was definitely not appropriate.

As for reporting this type of behaviour (wich really doesn't happen often, gladly), the report feature and/or contact email is better (as it's not very nice to copy bad language into the forum)
