Why some games have the top10 achievement in alpha but not after?

I'm top10 since days at this game and didn't receive any achievement

but when i check the top players profiles they have it

is it because they played in alpha/beta test?

also top20 badges have been removed from all games or is it me?

You need at least 300 elo to get the top X achievements.

That's so that you can't just be the first one to play a number of games and automatically get those badges

for top 20 badge (in addition to the 300 Elo) there needs to be at least 1000* active players for that game (*players who have played in last 2 months and show up in the rankings).

And for top 10, I believe there needs to be at least 500 active players.
