How to find rules if ualready played

It's probably easy but where can I get rules once I play. The button I used changes and I can't figure it out. It's probably easy...

The easiest way is to probably go to the "GAMES" tab (from the top menu), then type in the game's name to go to the home page of the particular game. Rules links will be on that page.
