Connection breaks today

Hello, I have some problems with connection to BGA today.
I've lost the connection to the site already three times for today (while playing). It restored after ~5 mins, but usually I got exluded from the game and lost a lot of points.
All other internet sites worked correctly for me the same time. For example, I was watching football SuperCup the same time, and video stream was not being interrupted.
Is anyone having same problems, guys?
Should I write a message to the support? (Is there the support on this site?)

According to the "serverstatus" [1] page there were no outages in the past 24 hours... it might be a DNS issue more localized (to your region of the word or posibly even your ISP...)

Every session I get kicked out at least one time. Is it safe to load down their "tools" to check it out ?
