Again a "great" move from the moderators.

What happend: a player was playing Werewolves and did a move where she has directly regrets from her moves. So she said: 'Kut' (not to someone only to herself) and she is reported.

The "fantastic" moderators give her chatban.

Kut has the same scope as the american people used the word F*ck. But yes someone who used google translate read something else. Some maybe Moderators is it time to watch in the mirror and take issues seriously when it is big and no for every wrong word on bga a chat ban.

AND MAYBE IS IT TIME FOR MORE MODERATORS WITH DIFFERENT LANGUAGES AND NOT ONLY FRENCH AND ENGLISH BECAUSE THERE IS MORE THEN FRENCH AND USA!!!!!!

Because with this funny moderators i would not spend one euro to this website and i know i'm not the only person who finds this frustrating.

Same here... bad players can not stand when you say them to please learn te game. If you are unlucky and someone reports you , they give you a penalty.
I mailed them 5 times wiith no, Zero, nada, answer.
Investigation closed!

Try to edit & rephrase the "cl*wns" word from the title, because i think there are some chances you might get moderated or banned when an admin/moderator sees it.

I think they seldom moderate based on contexts, unfortunately.

For instance, if player X says "wow, what a s*up*d luck i have", about his/her own luck, and a player Y reports him/her for the "s" word, for insult/aggressive behaviour, chances are that he/she will get moderated, even though (s)he didn't insult anyone per se...

The same goes for "wt*" when said in shock, about something in a game... Not insulting anyone per se, but the "f" letter is a huuuuge issue.

I wish contexts had a more inportant role in how moderations are handled, but...

Great, one less player that complains about moderation just done right. Before speaking in chat, always ask yourself is it true/helpful/inspiring/necessary/kind and only post when all are checked.
For instance my post is probably not checking the fifth item so I would understand if I were reported for that, but I hope it made my example clear enough so that's worth it.

This is a discussion, Tisaac. A discussion means... texts and replies, from various players, on a certain/various subject(s).
A discussion is not necessarily an ideal one, or one that you would find ideal...

Anyway, happy to see you're doing fine with your tiredness. I think it was overrated.

While I do agree that some people simply make the Moderating System look like Disney Land, REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING... using words like "clo*n" like this, in a Forum Post, helps no one; but it does make your point from the other posts, heavier.
Then again... people get moderated even without using words like "clow*", in similar situations, so... ))))

Don't worry, MisterTab, most of BGA shares your opinion, on the Moderation thing
The fact most of those people don't say anything, doesn't change that !

If you will not be banned, I suggest you to try to see the positive aspects of the site, and ignore the rest.

It's really difficult to take this site seriously, when there is an obvious cheater(s) getting away with cheating, and no viable way to report the player using the current 'report player' button. I'm pretty sure that they know this behaviour is going on....it gives the impression that BGA team don't seem to care about their own site.

The only advice is to give the player a red-thumb. Lots of people must have done this but there is no way of checking, obviously this is not a deterrent that works.
