Hi there, I'm a manager who wants to pay for my team to join in the fun. Can I pay for 8 of my staff including myself with my credit card?

Sure, this is entirely possible! You can purchase Gift Codes for others by going to https://boardgamearena.com/premium?offer.
If you need your invoice, it can then be found under the Account tab of your Preferences.
