My understanding is the Alpha is ready, the publisher is no longer responding so the project is stuck in limbo.

That's a shame. I've played it here a couple of times, and it is indeed a really good implementation. I hope the publisher gives it a green light soon.

My understanding is that they are not allowed to do this by there own terms of service.

Unless they changed my original implementation, this is in the player log already and it also tells you how many the player placed inside the Castillo. I have nto played it since I turned over the project to them, but I think it would still be in the log since by rule you have to declare to all players how many you are placing in the Castillo.

Thanks for your response. I'm saying it should just be a one time alert. Should not have to remember to consult the log after every turn and really shouldn't be able to look at a log anyways.
