Delay Tonight

I was playing Yatzhee (Yams) tonight and the system would not respond to my prompts. I was unable to make my turn on time because the system was slow. I know this was not my computer issue (or network issue) because my other links worked well. The person I was playing with kicked me from the game so I lost both ELO and social points. I don't want either back, but I would like to know what you are doing for paying subsrcibers.

Unclear on if this is what happened to you, but I have had BGA "freeze" a number of times and a browser refresh (Ctrl-R/Cmd-R/whatever) nearly always fixes the issue...

If there is a BGA service issue, as revealed in the server status page (https://boardgamearena.com/serverstatus ... ves_played), historically BGA administrators have removed all penalties imposed during the issue. This is a manual adjustment, so it sometimes takes a while for them to process.

If the issue is not BGA's, then it is ultimately the user's responsibility (Hey, you should be paying for a direct fiber-optic line to the BGA server... ). As such, BGA will do nothing.

Oh, and it doesn't matter if you are a member or not.
