How to you buy premium as a gift?

I have a board-gaming niece and want to buy her 12 months of premium BGA as a gift. I don't want to buy her an on-going subscription.

- Is there a way to buy premium for someone else?
- Is there a way to buy for a set number of months for her and not a subscription.

I search the FAQ and couldn't see this topic covered.
