Remove "No time limit" option of normal mode

Why Elercant isn't banned for life on bga??
He cheated Arena and is now cheating normal mode.

I helped get ElerCant reported last time for multiple accounts ELO boosting. If ElerCant is still abusing the platform, I hope moderation will step in again.
