Request - Select Color

Very minor request but me and three friends continuously have a game of Arnak on the go and every time we start a new game the player colors are randomized and throw everyone a curve ball for the first turn or so.

So being very picky, is it possible to either have players select the color they want, or if when selecting 'request a rematch' have the player colors remain the same?

even member color preference doesnt work..

edit: nvm, i just noticed that i have to set color preference AGAIN after it expired, and subscribe again.

It doesn't? I got mine (Yellow) during my 3 games, and I'm pretty sure my friends also got their. It could be a coincidence, it's not impossible, but it's not very likely.

I am relatively new to BGA and didn't even know there was an option to set your color preferences in your settings. That could solve this issue unless @nccc is right that it doesn't always work.

edit: I see color preference is a premium member bonus, which I have, but my other 3 regulars do not.

I am finding it is implemented in a strange way.

for example, I am.playing a 2 player game. My color preference is red, then orange

I get black, my opponent gets white!

Now it maybe that we both have red and orange selected in our preferences and that the contrast isn't strong enough to give us our 1st or second choices. If that is the case then at least give one of us our preference, maybe the game creator.

I am finding this in many games and I mostly play 2p games

no, its because they're ONLY black and white, and u cant choose them
Color could related to first/second player in this case.
