Alpha tester with very bad rep?

I was just in a game of Parks. One of the players didn't play for days, so I checked them out (thought I might send them a message) and what I saw is that they had a very bad reputation. Why is someone like this testing games? I thought you had to be perfect.

I don't think the criteria for BECOMING a reviewer is ever checked again... So, most likely, once you're in the group, unless you quit or get kicked out by an admin, you're in forever...

Also, dont forget that reviewer can invite other people to playtest with them, so there are no guarantee about "quality" for testers, which is sometimes very annoying for dev when these players dont even know there is a bug report system for instance...
