What does "absolutely perfect reputation" mean in the reviewer guideline ?

Hi, i am fairly new to BGA (~1month) and am interested in becoming a reviewer/tester for alpha games, since i am into software engineering, though not (yet) familiar with BGA Studio, and believe to be able to give feedback on a technical level. Now i understand that i need to wait until a certain degree of seniority is reached and that there are other criteria to be met, which is no problem at all. Sadly, i had a very rude encounter fairly early on in my time here, got reported and penalized (same for the other involved party). So, reading through the guidelines i now wonder if that would prevent me from even being eligible from joining the club

On a side note i do not quite understand if penalties like that are automatically removed after a time or something like that and haven't been able to find information on it, since to my understanding that penalty can be seen by other players and at least imo doesn't reflect who i am both as a person and player. I don't think i don't deserve the penalty and it is not my goal to appeal it or have it reviewed, though i fear it disproportionately affecting my account, in which case i'd rather set up a new one and kiss the month i was here on this account goodbye, if that is the consequence of the penalty.

For the record i believe my reputation to be immaculate otherwise bar some time penalties for thinking too long on my turn, if that makes any difference.

PS: If i may suggest it, maybe the points i asked about could be clarified in the respective ressources, unless i was simply unable to find them. In that case, please kindly point me into the right direction.

I think the reputation to become a reviewer is simply to have a Karma at 100, and maybe not have an active chat restriction against you. I have never heard of someone getting rejected from alpha because they had been moderated months before, but maybe a mod can give a final answer

Thanks nccc, that was exactly what i was referring to when i said "guidelines". I'm sure i'll meet the other conditions eventually, but the rep-thing got me thinking, since i've looked over some profiles in the reviewer-group and none (that i found - i didn't go through ALL players obviously) had an active report-remark, which made me second-guess if they ever disappear or if the people there simply never received one.

If it really is just 100 Karma like Ez0ah said, then that is absolutely fine and absolutely no reason for concern to me. I just found the documentation on my specific questions lacking, so i decided to ask here.

So yeah, if somebody who understands how the system works and cases like this are handled could give further information, that would be great.
