Higher ELO limit for playing Arena as a prevention before quiting the games

I would suggest raising the limit of ELO for participating in Arena games for example to ELO>150.

In the arena you have almost no influence on who you play with and it is very annoying when a player in 3+ player game intentionally quits the game a few moves before the end and is not penalized for it (you can not lose ELO below 100 and karma below 0).
It would also make much harder to boost your Arena points with second account. Because looser would need to win some simple games before returning to Arena.

I concur, I would like to be able to participate in arena even if I'm just barely past neophyte (ELO 100+ < 150)

But I do think that Arena games should just not be allowed for "low" Karma players...

at the very least, I think any Karma below starting + 1 game should be disqualified from Arena games...
