As a result, many important things are neglected. That is why I see my only chance in deleting the user account here at BGA including premium membership. In addition, these statistics here make me feel depressed. For example at CuBirds in the ranking list I have already been over 200 (or 250) several times, only to drop back to 100. Frustrating.

Every fun thing can have these effects on you. It's up to you how you deal with it and how you want to live your life. If you can't enjoy it in a way that is good for you then maybe you should quit. Good luck & have fun with whatever you do instead .

There is research into game addiction (more of the video game variety). When the fun stops being fun then stop!
