Is there any recourse for a developer such as yourself to assume permanent control of the code to finish this game? Doing so would help ensure a good working relationship with the publisher (on the other hand, a game like El Grande is an example of the publisher not holding up their end of the relationship very well).

As usual with volonteer dev, the issue is free time...

Champions of Midgard is my favorite game of all-time. I own it and both expansions and play it regularly. I would be happy to play test this if you still need someone.
