no more email notices when it is my turn?

Up until a few days ago, I was getting nice email notices when it was my turn to play in a turn based game. Those suddenly stopped, and I would really like to get them again. Is there some configuration setting somewhere that I cannot find?

What is really curious is that I have been unable to find a BGA setting that specifies my email address. BGA was apparently sending notices to the google account I used to pay for a premium membership. Not one that I told them to use.

I also stopped getting notifications from the Android BGA app installed at my phone at the same time. Again, I have been unable to find any settings in the Android app that control what notifications the app will generate. I did check to make sure that BGA app notifications were not suppressed by the Android settings.

Hi there: just piggy-backing off your comment as I have the opposite problem, with perhaps the same solution.

I am trying to reduce the amount of email I receive to make it easier to spot the important stuff.

I'd love to be able to opt out of some kinds of email (ex: turn notifications) while ensuring I receive others (notices about my account status, renewals, etc.).

Is there anywhere on the website where we can select our preferences?

Note: If I don't see a reply here, I'll try asking again as it's own topic. I just figured that the same information about selecting email preferences could be the key for both of us.

Was any of this resolved? Despite having set preferences to get emails about everything, where I was until recently just getting told it was my turn, lately everything has stopped. Not even the emails to tell me it is my turn. I've changed nothing, but suddenly it's stopped. I've checked my preferences. Even the Send Test Notification function doesn't send anything. I've tried contacting the Devs but just get directed to the FAQ and no option to email or raise it specifically. And it seems this forum plea for help is also being ignored. Any useful help gratefully received so I don't have to visit the website to see if it is my turn yet.

Edit: I have BGA only on laptop. I added it to my phone reluctantly. Now under Preferences / Push Notifications / Your Subscriptions I have a new addition of a new Google Chrome label, the option to Edit Label (I have no idea what this means) and the Send Me A Test Notification option. Let me be clear, these are here twice, albeit with a different Google Chrome Vxx. Anyways, the second (new since adding to phone) Send Me A Test Notification actually works, whereas the original one doesn't. So I'll wait now to see if this changes me getting My Turn emails. However it all still seems a confusing mess, where as just a couple weeks ago, everything worked smoothly.
