For the time being, it is not planned to apply new prices to the subscriptions started before November 1st, so the renewal will be at current (lower) price.Waddington wrote: ↑19 October 2021, 17:34 Tell me, if any user subscribes on October 31, 2021 it will be valid for 12 months. After October 2022, the renewal on this person's credit card will be automatic and will apply which policy? old one because of a renewal, or the new prices?

They just need a few more dollars to get this thing really poppin off! Fly Jeff Chris down from Indiana to script some games professionally!
Re: Premium subscription new price & details (November 1st)
Since the pandemic, most of new board game purchases have been based off of BGA games: Kingdomino, Incan Gold, the Crew, Carcassonne (i'd previously played it before quite a few times but playing it on here made me want to actually own it finally), King of Tokyo, Splendor, and Takenoko. I would have bought more but several of them i can't find for purchase (Automobiles!)
One idea for a future revenue stream would be for publishers to put links into their games on this platform to buy it (with a small discount). I have to say this is a great value for money spent even at the new prices!

That means, as long as I keep my subscription active, I will pay the same original price when renewing?sourisdudesert wrote: ↑19 October 2021, 17:42For the time being, it is not planned to apply new prices to the subscriptions started before November 1st, so the renewal will be at current (lower) price.Waddington wrote: ↑19 October 2021, 17:34 Tell me, if any user subscribes on October 31, 2021 it will be valid for 12 months. Sorry if my questions seems repetitive, that's because I have friends in my region asking me, and to clarify to them, I would like to make it clear that they get the full picture!

I hope you will spent the money that you earned is going to the communication and moderators team. They can use an update and not for your own pockets

I think admins intended to say 'if the renewal is made before Nov. 1st it keeps the price, but if it is not the fee will increase'.Waddington wrote: ↑19 October 2021, 18:54 That means, as long as I keep my subscription active, I will pay the same original price when renewing?

If my theory is right October 2022 renewal will pay according to new prices.

Mmm, no, we have been very clear about that: for the time being, there is no plan to change the prices of subscriptions created before November 1st, so this includes future automatic renewal (as long as the subscription is not cancelled).
Re: Premium subscription new price & details (November 1st)
So, old members keep their low prices as long as they maintain subscription under current policy? That sounds quite generous.sourisdudesert wrote: ↑19 October 2021, 21:21Mmm, no, we have been very clear about that: for the time being, there is no plan to change the prices of subscriptions created before November 1st, so this includes future automatic renewal (as long as the subscription is not cancelled).

the other issue is, if brazilian currency, Reais, devalued then even if you keep the old price (20e/yearWaddington wrote: ↑19 October 2021, 18:54

it will still be higher, in Reais, than the last time you paid. Unless BGA keeps the Reais price fixed, but then they will be getting lower actual value from Brazilian players (or people in the same situation
and ofcourse, vice-versa if your local currency got more valuable

Will the (my current) premium abo be automatically continued or do I have to do an action?
