How do we know what our subscription is set to bill to? I use many different cards, and want to make sure the one it was set to isn't dead at that time. My invoices don't seem to give me any billing info other than the charge value.sourisdudesert wrote: ↑21 October 2021, 20:49Unfortunately not, so a payment method change force you to the new price. We have no way to deal with this in another way, since it won't be possible to create new subscriptions with previous prices. However, please note that the expiration date does not force you to change your payment method: our payment provider is managing this automatically.Depesza wrote: ↑ Is there any other way to do that?

Dont worry. ITs a very good service.
Thanks a lot.
Thanks a lot.

Does subscription not work with Paypal? If not please make it very clear because I would have chosen credit card payment instead.
I just went to the premium page, clicked "Subscribe to automatic renewal", then "Show more payment methods" and chose Paypal. It doesn't show anywhere that this isn't a subscription but instead a single payment for a single year. After going through with the payment I now see this:

Thanks for supporting this service!
You are Premium member until Dec 7th 2022.
Your Premium membership will not be renewed on this date.
Re: Premium subscription new price & details (November 1st)
Just to make sure I got this right:
I am currently on a yearly premium membership which I paid for with PayPal and it will NOT renew itself when it ends (in February 2022). To activate the automatic renewal (in order to keep the old pricing model) I have to make a new subription before Nov. 1st and use some other payment method than PayPal. Is this correct?
If yes, what will happen to my current membership if I make a new subscriotion now? Will it run until Feb 22 and then renew itself and will I be billed then? Or will I be billed right after subscribing and have a dual membership from now until Feb 22?
If its not correct what exactl do I have to do to keep the old price model?
Thanks for your help

The post says you are becoming more professional. Hard to claim that when there's no way to do something as simple as changing card details. What if the user's bank changes from Mastercard to Visa or v.v. and reissues cards? What if the bank fails and/or is taken over? What if your card fees increase so you cancel the card? I've had all of these happen, some in the last 2 months.sourisdudesert wrote: ↑21 October 2021, 20:49Unfortunately not, so a payment method change force you to the new price. Speaking of becoming more professional, it would be great if you'd keep to some kind of standards in your coding, instead of just breaking web pages on the site at random for older browsers. As there are no error messages, I assume the programmers are simply oblivious, which is quite unprofessional. (So is ignoring the bug reports.)

Re: Premium subscription new price & details (November 1st)
and if someone comes here only for 2-3 kinds of games for a few hours once a week? theres a lot of people who come for even less, and would even happily pay for a well realized implementation (let alone u start writing AIs so u actually sell people YOUR PRODUCT, your work put into their gaming experience, NOT sell THEM to EACH OTHER, and even that without any guarantee of providing it in every time/quantity/quality desired by the customer) but ull miss out on them because u wanna also make them split the bill with the hardcore gamers, u should break down fees game by game if u want to attract audience... like subbing to specific games, or 3/5/10 of anything, or something...
before narcistically arguing muh profeshunalizm everywhere even on template textpanels handling people u put thru affairs involving ur social credit system ('karma') u should get at least as much mercurial cues as even a vendor on an average farmer market can muster... try sometime gettin work on one in the closest agglomeration near you from honest work folks there, for a couple days/weeks, ull embarass urself much less on here..

Games are made by 100 different programmers, some are volonteers, some are not. So if you encounter a broken page, the best is to fill a bug report with precise version of browser/os.ExpendableEnsign wrote: ↑24 October 2021, 10:15 Speaking of becoming more professional, it would be great if you'd keep to some kind of standards in your coding, instead of just breaking web pages on the site at random for older browsers. Can someone help me out with this? I really want to keep my subscription at the current price but don't know what I have to do exactly.Dacaldha wrote: ↑23 October 2021, 22:49 Just to make sure I got this right:

Re: Premium subscription new price & details (November 1st)
Emphasis mine. This ought to answer some of the questions that keep getting asked over and over in different ways. There's no change if you keep your current subscription. Letting it expire or cancelling it is not "keeping" your current subscription, so don't do that. Otherwise you should be good. You're being grandfathered in, which generally works if you keep going, and generally does not if you let something expire. If you're currently subscribed, I don't get why some of you want to "resubscribe" before Nov 1 when you're already good. Don't over-complicate it.sourisdudesert wrote: ↑08 October 2021, 10:02 What about my current Monthly/Yearly subscription? Will the prices raise too?
No.
Because we value our most loyal members, if you subscribe to the Monthly / Yearly subscription with the current price, the price will remain the same after November 1st. For the time being, there is absolutely no change for you as long as you keep your current subscription.
Re: Premium subscription new price & details (November 1st)
If you paid with Paypal, this is not a subscription, it was just a one-time payment.Dacaldha wrote: ↑26 October 2021, 21:22Can someone help me out with this? If you take a subscription now while being currently Premium (from gift points or from a one time payment), you'll be subscribed at the current price, and the first billing will occur at the end of your current Premium period.
