is there a way to view a list of playres ranked by elo?

Go to the game page and scroll down to the box which shows the top players by arena performance. Click the button top right to change this to 'all time'. You will see the top 10 ranked by ELO, and can click to be shown more, up to the top 100 players. BGA doesn't track more than that.

but u cant see in coop games.

No problem showing more that 100:

It's your own rank that's not shown next to your ELO if it's higher than 100th.
