Annoying Pop Up Window

Can someone please help me with this? Everytime I want to roll or re-roll dice CONSTANTLY to the point of insanity a pop up window reminding me to click dice/instructions come up etc. Even when my mouse/arrow is not even near anything to trigger a reminder/warning it comes up. I am not trying to be dramatic but it is soooo annoying/frustrating it gets on my nerves to the point I don't want to play.

Is it a simple fix where I have to turn something off or is it programmed/default to do that?

Can you post an print screen, with imgur or something like this ? I don't see what you are talking about.

I am not sure how to use imgur but it looks like a gray comic bubble (but rectangular) that when you hover over the dice it appears saying you can press ctrl to group dice and ctrl something to deselect dice etc. The problem is that even when you mouse/cursor is not near the dice it appears everytime you can roll.

Ok the tooltip. You can disable tooltips in the top right menu (user preferences). But it will disable all tooltips.
