Bonjour,

J'ai créé aujourd'hui le compte de ma mère depuis mon ordi pour faciliter la tâche car c'est une personne âgée. J'ai ensuite basculé sur mon compte pour l'inviter à jouer mais lorsqu’elle se connecte depuis chez elle (à 300 km) et qu'elle accepte l'invitation elle a systématiquement un message d'erreur lui indiquant qu'on est au même endroit et que pour cela il faut un compte premium.

J'imagine c'est une réminiscence de la première connexion depuis chez moi pour la création. Comment faire pour que cela rentre dans l'ordre car l'objectif était que l'on puisse jouer ensemble ?

Try clearing the browser cache and cookies, or using a different browser. If that doesn't work, you could try playing from a VPN (for example ProtonVPN is free) on your account and seeing if that helps. You could also delete the old account and create a new one from the VPN, then logging in as normal.

If all that doesn't solve the issue, it might be worth just biting the bullet and buying Premium (on just one account is enough). It would open up a whole bunch of games to play as well: https://boardgamearena.com/premium
