Impossible to finish an Arena game

Hi,
I was playing an Arena of 7 Wonders Duel, but the opponent didn't play so I kicked him.
But it didn't work then I can do nothing.
When I try to quit, the message says I'll get a penalty cuz this is the first exit. I cannot agree that I'll get a penalty even if I didn't do something wrong. This game is already done tho! I kicked the opponent. what the heck.
The table number is 216974741.
What should I do?

There was a site wide problem today which maybe affected your game? They said they would cancel all penalties from that time and it doesn't look likey yu got a penalty today so I assume it has been removed if you did have one.
