On a broader sense, I think the biggest problem that BGA have are bugs with the website itself, not games. You can look around the forum, peoples profiles and such and you will see that these are the matters that really erks them. Having more ways to leave feedback and be ignored only raises the tension to these issues. IMO I would focus on working on fixing bugs with the original features rather than adding frivolous ones.

The bugs/suggestions page is woeful.
The tournaments creation and listing pages are woeful.
The prestige and trophy system is unfathomable.

only shows how little the BGA team actually uses the site in the same way a normal user would to understand how this particular problem strikes almost every user, but not the BGA team.
