People have been moderated for saying "wolf" in a werewolf game (No, I am NOT kidding) .. so apparently ANYTHING is moderation worthy.
By the way, moderation was discussed in the ask-me-anything stream they did several days ago. I'd suggest checking that out (I don't have a timestamp).
Also, care to offer more details on this? I am sure others are interested, as well.
I mean, what stream, when, how, where, link?
How could someone check that out?
Nevermind, found it:

As for your idea... let's say a ww calls another ww a "wolf", but after fake claiming The Fortune Teller.
As is common in your posts, you ignore part of what someone said, and then construction a straw man argument to knock down based on the omission. You ignored "in a situation that didn't warrant it" and then gave an example of a situation that warranted it in response.

There is no situation which wouldn't warrant a ww accusing another, because the "getting the village's trust" is always a goal for the wws, in this game - even if the moment or the particular situation is bad.
I think you are over-analysing a moderation which is only about the use of a word itself and also... like many other people on the forum do, try to defend the criticised moderation system used on the site, by giving unreasonable examples.

Announcing to someone that you intend to red thumb/report him/her (again, red thumbing and reporting are 2 things the site offers), is moderation-worthy?

To 'win' a report, it is better to be the first to report others, and talk as less as possible. If someone already reports you, and you become guilty, moderator probably won't buy you anymore!

I didn't give the example. You fabricated a context that wasn't given in the original claim. What I said is that the original claim did not give enough context to determine if the moderation was in fact reasonable. And you, of course, ignore the part where I said:
If it was any other role calling someone a wolf, then moderation is broken.
which is hardly a defense of the moderation system. To explain it to you simply, calling something broken is a criticism, not a defense.
I find it impossible to distinguish your posts from an AI programmed to mimic human pseudointellectual posturing. So bravo to your programmers. You pass the Turing test.

Thank you.
I

For me, this below, is an unreasonable example:

If the player was a wolf and was outing other wolf in a situation that didn't warrant it, then yes, that can be an offense. It might be considered game throwing in the Wolvesville (formerly Werewolf Online) app.
If it was any other role calling someone a wolf, then moderation is broken.
I agree 100% that further details are needed, but as the game is (and you should know that), a ww accusing a ww is something which can ALWAYS be done, because again... gaining the village's trust is 1 of the ways the game goes.
So when it's an obvious case about the use of a word itself ("w**f"), and you come up with that example, I find it a bit deflecting, and yes, unreasonable.
That is why I said what I said.
Have a good day.

I played on a werewof site in the past and outing as a wolf or etc is mostly done to help your partner or push an agenda. Its hard to tell which is moderation worthy or what is not.

Yeah, so I'm pretty sure that if what Razz brought in is true, the moderation(s) he refers to is/are for the word "wolf" (which is also considered a controversial word in some parts of the world), and not for something relating to the game mechanism.
