It is a little like that. BGA have a strict friendly and polite policy.

But you have to respect that and it's not the law, it's BGA rules - they can make them up as they see fit. And if you want to play board games under their roof, then you need to adhere to their rules.
You go to a fancy dress party, then you have to wear fancy dress.
You play on BGA then no personal negative comments.
Play on BGA expect a 'gg' at the end of the game regardless.

Some things you will like, some things you won't.

I understand that. I disagree that my comments are personal negative comments. I just dont like someone. Does that make me a bad person. I am sure you people also dont like some people. So why is it moderatable?

Well they are.

You could say, 'I don't like the way that you play', or you could say 'I don't like you'.

The first is not personal, the second one is.

It is not rude to irrationally dislike someone because you believe they got lucky, it is rude to tell them they are a bad player and you don't like them. Your feelings and your actions are different things.

No one is policing your feelings, it is your actions that got you moderated, it is your actions that everyone here is commenting on.
