The frequency that I miss 50% hit rolls is a near statistical impossibility.
You shouldn't be thinking of them as "hits and misses."
I just hit one out of 10 on a surrounded tank, a statistical probability of 0.977%
You are not getting it...You didn't miss! You could just as easily have hit - 10 out of ten. Fact is, you were up against a Tigar Tank = Where only One out of ten hits counted as a critical hit..."Critical hit" is the only thing that will bring down a Tigar. The Dice represent all the goings on in a particular engagement.

Example: Tanks were loaded with HE Ammo, having targeted Inf before realizing enemy Tanks were on them...No time to reload (AP shot), so they fire what they have. Or they could just as easily have fired, using AP shot...might take ten or more (hits) shots to disable a Tigar Tank...then you have to deal with the Crew that might have escaped...Here comes Rambo; This is War, it never stops!

Deal with it the best way you know how.

At the end of every game, take all your "hits" (infantry, armor and grenades) and divide it by the total number of dice rolled. It will always come out close to 66% like it should. Random number generators are very easy to program. It would take more effort to make the dice roll wrong than it would to just make it random. Why would the developers work more to make the game less fair?

I know I know.... but man, my Dice do seem to hate me. yeah, yeah, it is all random. But really....

When my luck does turn, with the way it has been this last several weeks when it does, I will be unstoppable.

I think you are incorrect.

In a single game one may have dice rolls that are outside of the average.
I"ve rolled less than 10% armour dice in an armoured battle for example.

OVer the longer term the pseudo random software does hit the averages.

All my finished games:
67.36
62.12
64.22
63.15
64.08
66.08
etc...

Not sure what I'm incorrect about. Of course you can roll 10% when it should be 16.6% but my general point is that the dice aren't rigged. It will always come out pretty close to an even distribution over time.

I'd like to say that the die rolls are random, but I am experiencing the same thing - die rolls that seem to be statistically impossible. I wish it could be random, but I am also playing the board game every week and have not seen anything like this.

Well, dice in real life are not random, they're deterministic and follow (mostly) Newtonian physics.
