With windspeed of -3 that would theoratically be possible, right ?
Negative speed (due to wind) is fine as long as you have at least 1 brake deployed.

We successfully landed with NO brakes applied!
Scenario: CDG Paris Red
Windspeed was -2.
We both placed 1 on engine.
Net airspeed would have been 0.
We didn’t have enough dice left for any brakes.
Much to our surprise, we didn’t roll off the runway!
According to comments earlier in this thread, the game designer said no brakes is a fail. BGA’s implementation is apparently not programmed that way. We landed clean and green!

You are right, it should have resulted in a crash. The code has since been fixed.
