IKR? Both on the part of this odd player who is here every second of the day for a few weeks, signes up for a thousand games or so in tournaments that will never be played, and then disappears for months.

And on the part of BGA that just lets this crazy go on for years with no direct effect on the player. Never once seen this person moderated for this behavior
