This poster gives a good example of how that rule is consistently broken. When a player alerts their partner to kill them they are telling them that they cannot survive to their turn (telling what cards are in their hand). People also just flat out ask if it is ok to attack another outlaw which should be prohibited according to the creator.

Remember: "kill me, my teammate" is bad words as author says in FAQ while "I can not survive to my next turn, my teammate" is good words as we dont tell about cards or strategy.

So, you cannot suggest targets, suggest wich card pick up when General, ask if is ok to kil someone, suggest wich action is active, and so on.

Okay, the rules explicitly forbid to talk not only about the cards, but also about anything that can affect the game. But. It is rules of tournament with a limited number of games and players, where everyone competes with everyone else for bang-dollars. In addition, the tournament requires a judge to ensure that this rule is followed.

There is no judge at BGA. BGA also has its own ELO calculation system. I think players, which support this rule, should find judges and bang-dollars for us all, and then force others to play the way they play

The best I can do is to follow the rules myself, which I do.

In order to spread the culture of this game it's important to follow the same rules not because BGA players at a table are o aren't judge or moderator, but simply because it's the correct approach to play. And I think your approach is the right one AVTactics.

I personally lost some game only by choosing to not reply to questions at the table: sometimes people don't know the rules and some other times people are not interesting to know them. Once a team mate asked to me if I had a BANG in hand - I suppose in order to play "Indians" - and after I replied to him that I shouldn't reply to him, he offended me and drive us deliberately to the lost

Vedo che l'hai tolta, ma sarebbe da rimettere almeno finché la community non trova un accordo.
Ad esempio, il punto 2 in inglese dice (citando un post di Emiliano Sciarra, peraltro) l'esatto contrario di quanto hai scritto tu.
Per cui, sebbene sia d'accordo sul fatto che non bisognerebbe suggerire, vado a rimettere il disclaimer

PS: hai mal interpretato il divieto a ricordare la regola attiva... Non è relativo a "la regola x significa questo", ma a cose tipo "oh, guarda che il prossimo turno è blessing per cui non sparare a Jourdo".

Dipende dalla lingua fino a un certo punto se il gioco è inventato da un italiano e il regolamento italiano è chiaro, caso mai in un'altra lingua non venisse contemplato un punto non può essere che per 2 motivi: o il traduttore "prestato" a BGA (ovvero un utente qualunque come noi) che ha tradotto il regolamento, si è scordato quella parte, oppure l'editore estero che detiene i diritti di pubblicazione di Bang! all'estero ha volutamente adottato regole diverse e quindi si gioca a Bang! in modo diverso... non è il caso di Bang! che io sappia, ma con qualche TCG mi era capitato.

Per mia conoscenza storica di BGA ti posso dire che *le 2 eccezioni di cui si parla in questo thread* sono state da me stesso inserite nella wiki in italiano con l'aggiornamento delle 21:19 del 28 ago 2022 e che prima mai erano state inserite nella wiki ita (né in qualunque traduzione estera) proprio con riferimento al thread di BGG con intervento di Sciarra (puoi vedere lo storico degli interventi sulla wiki, non è che mi debba inventare cose perché non ho altro da fare). Di conseguenza se le traduzioni dei regolamenti in altre lingue sono state fatte sulla base del regolamento ITA ben prima che le aggiungessi io 2 anni fa, come credo, e NESSUN utente estero in particolare si è preso la briga di andare a verificare negli anni gli aggiornamenti al nostro regolamento appunto, ecco spiegato perché nei regolamenti esteri non si menziona affatto questo dettaglio di gioco.

Con *le 2 eccezioni di cui si parla in questo thread* intendo quelle che quoto qui sotto, NON tutte le altre sotto "it is also NOT possible" del primo post del thread, che evidentemente sull'italiano aveva aggiunto qualcun altro tra l'altro riportandone alcune che non hanno alcuna veridicità ufficiale tipo quella "dello screenshot o della private chat" che è logicamente una derivata custom per BGA quindi un "di cui" di un comportamento già deprecato di per sé:

Del resto il regolamento in inglese UK altro non è che la traduzione del nostro ita (sempre per il discorso del primo paragrafo, perché la paternità del gioco è italiana) e mi sembra di aver visto proprio di recente che sia invece stato aggiornato. Se è riportato l'intervento di Sciarra su BGG quindi è proprio perché era stato preso dal regolamento ITA, ovvero quello che già avevo modificato io nel 2022. Dove si direbbe l'esatto contrario di quello che ho scritto, quindi? Se potessi riportare il punto ti sarei grato. Nota che la fonte BGG l'ho lasciata nel paragrafo Fonti Web (non è che l'ho tolta, avendola inserita io stesso: l'ho semplicemente spostata in fondo per tenere ordinata la wiki)

Venendo al discorso di High Noon nel regolamento invece semplicemente non ho trovato la precisazione a cui fai riferimento (ho aperto anche il pdf con il regolamento "da torneo"), ma se davvero ci fosse e volessi aggiungerlo prego, se pensi che sia davvero opportuno. Semplicemente mi sembra superflua anche la tua più sensata interpretazione, dal momento che la Medesima interpretazione rientra già nel "non dare reiteratamente indicazioni su come giocare agli altri giocatori" dei punti suddetti. Una volta scritto ci si augura che chi sa leggere capisca, se invece lo si vuole riportare in tutte le salse a prova di Bambo allora è un altro discorso. Btw ho riformattato la wiki in paragrafi inserendo l'Indice in alto, si può modificare sotto al paragrafo dedicato all'espansione così resta tutto ordinato. Grazie.

Ai nostri fini (regole che siano condivise ed applicate dalla community internazionale di Bang) non rileva la nazionalità dell'autore del gioco.
Quello che rileva è che le regole siano uguali per tutti.
In particolare, in virtù della diffusione "universale" dell'inglese (che credo sia anche la "lingua madre" di BGA), è fondamentale che quelle siano le regole corrette, in quanto è dall'inglese che derivano tutte le altre traduzioni.

In grassetto, al punto 2), c'è l'esatto contrario di quello che scrivi tu. È un errore, in quanto nel link a supporto, Sciarra non dice che "uno può chiedere di giocare una carta", ma che può farlo lo Sceriffo (non uno chiunque!).
Ma resta il fatto che chi gioca in inglese, e tutti quelli che giocano con regole tradotte dall'inglese, leggono quella regola lì.

Per quanto riguarda High Noon, stavo solo facendoti notare che avevi interpretato male quello che si intendeva. In ogni caso, ricordare gli effetti delle carte, almeno in arena, per "aiutare" un giocatore distratto, per me dovrebbe essere vietato.

PS: quando tu parli di "regole di Bang", mi pare evidente che fai riferimento alle regole da torneo, che sono quelle più stringenti. Ma queste non si trovano dentro la scatola per cui, a fare i pignoli, non è sbagliato che non siano riportate su BGA: credo che bisognerebbe prima trovare un accordo tra i partecipanti alla comunità e magari agli sviluppatori del gioco.
Anche molte delle cose che dice lo stesso Sciarra vanno prese con le molle: cioè, va benissimo parlare durante le partite "in real life". Ma su BGA, dietro una tastiera, in un contesto internazionale, credo bisognerebbe limitarsi molto di più.
