I recently learned that there are multiple chat rules that are violated here in almost every game.

We need to do something about this.
I suggest to disable chat and cursor sharing for this game because mostly chat is used for violations and inappropriate things.
If it's too much then we need to find a way to report a player for these actions. Current reporting system doesn't have option to report people for card sharing, plotting/strategies (especially cursor sharing), dead player commenting, etc. Also, some game announcement is strongly needed to educate people about these things. Classic BANG! rules forbid only card sharing.

I didn't know them despite I've played more than 1500 games of BANG! And I feel they are violated in almost every game. Card disclosure is rare but it happens. Game strategies and target to kill is selected in most of the games. This is often done by cursor sharing. Outlaws asking to finish happens in most of the games too. Dead players cheering up their teammates (outlaws and vice) happens really often too. Suggesting cards in not a rare thing.Talking/Writing in chat: talking "at the table" is part of the game, as is lying about your role. However, as expressly specified by Emiliano Sciarra (creator of Bang!) on boardgamegeek.com, there are 2 exceptions that are good to know:
1) You CANNOT say/talk about the cards you have in your hand;
2) You CANNOT directly ask/order another player whether it is okay to play a card or not. (SOURCE: https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/282531 ... lk-and-bga)
It is also not possible:
- suggest the cards to use or choose;
- suggest game strategies, for example indicating a target;
- you cannot suggest to a companion to kill you (to take your bounty);
- dead players or spectators, I cannot suggest or comment in ANY WAY;
- It is strictly forbidden to forward, for example, screenshots in public or private chats, with your role or cards in your hand;
- A player's skill cannot be remembered until after the action has already been carried out. It can be pointed out that there are some skills that have not been used and that it would be good to use in the next turn. Although many BGA skills are automatic or semi-automatic, it can happen, for example, that an outlaw Jesse Jones forgets to steal the sheriff's card;
- On the high noon expansion, you cannot remember the active laws or even the law that will be present in the next turn;
- Still on high noon, you can't remember which laws have already been released or which are yet to be released. (SOURCE: http://www.dvgiochi.com/bang_champ/Mate ... Torneo.pdf
