No I am taking the whole ELO-argument out of the equation in my post. I am just pointing out that regardless of ELO-farming, ELO-loss etc, an early concede option has historically proven to lead to a community where the % of games that actually gets played out reach toxic low levels.
Which is fine for those that just want to farm rating and ELO, but really demotivating for the semi-casuals who just want to play a complete or near-complete match.

Oh, true. I agree. I prefer to see games played to completion.

Yes! I am here to play a game, not to find out who wins as quickly as possible. Karma should be lost if you concede at all. Maybe there can be an "agree to allow concession" or have the game let you play out the round at least.
