I understand that you dont see why i want to see the name, but please understand that i want to sse the name cause if it comes that it is very often the same guyz, i would be very pleased to RT them, you got it ?
Sure, but just because you may want to do it doesn't mean the site would agree that it's a nice thing that you should be able to do. Plus, the whole point of making the loading screen anonymous is that you can't avoid specific players anymore. Arena is a competitive mode where you should take on whatever opponent is facing you. By trying to avoid specific players, it's like you are trying to find a way around that and working against the spirit of what they are trying to achieve by making Arena anonymous. Even if you are not doing it for bad sportsmanship reasons, it still has the effect of arbitrarily removing a player from your list of potential opponents.

I liked the old system, where Arena games just auto-started and the opponent didn't have the option to reject. To me, that was one of the main attractions of Arena, not having to wait for afk opponents. If you try to start 3 games in a row that fail due to non-accepting or afk opponent, it's very frustrating.

The old system was far more tedious. Under the old system, if your opponent no showed, you had to wait out whatever the clock was, then time them out, which would take like 5 minutes to then hop back in the queue, under the new system that takes about 30 seconds.
