i thought i would not be discouraged by a cheater this player is just a bad person i would never have done that, he exceeded the time several times on purpose i think to do that, it's just a stupid rule

So if the other player's behaviour bothers you, you can red thumb them and won't need to play with them again (unless in tournament play).

Yes, a bit of a lame move on your opponent's part, considering the opponent also went negative on clock. I agree with nik592, give a red thumb and move on, not much else you can do.

That’s kind of a moot point because the types of games where this issue matters the most are the competitive ones, and you can’t choose to avoid players in those.
I mean you technically can in Arena, but it wouldn’t be a fair thing to do.
