I enjoyed the April Fool's joke. I showed it to my friend so that we could have a good laugh at it. Then he started a rant about how technology is going way too far these days. He realized after a few seconds that it was a joke, but it clearly still worked for a bit. Good one, BGA pranksters!

This article is proof that IT people have no sense of humor.

So glad it's a joke, microchips like that really exist. There's people stupid enough to fall for anything a government introduces. Even apps that show "infection rates" of viruses... as if these could ever be accurate.
